A complete submission must be submitted via the online submission system. Do not email, fax or mail your paper.
Requirements for paper submission
All authors are required to submit a 100-word text abstract. The abstract should be a brief summary of your paper.
All authors are also required to submit a final summary of their work for publication in the conference proceedings. The summary should not exceed two pages. Within two pages, the authors must include all text, including the title, authors, affiliations, 100-word abstract, figures, tables and references.

All submissions must be in PDF format. Authors are required to upload their PDF file at the submission page.
Please review the scope and select area that is appropriate for your work.
The presentation options are “Oral Preferable” and “Poster Preferable”. The final decision will be made by the program committee, though every effort is made to honour authors’ preference.
Student Presentation Award
The Student Presentation Award will be presented to student researchers who have made excellent presentations at the conference. Please indicate by checking the box in the submission form. The nominated authors should be full-time students at the time of paper submission.
Application for visa documentation
If your visa application requires a letter of invitation from APBP’15 (OPIC’15), please indicate by checking the box in the submission form. Prior registration including full payment is required to request a set of documents to support your application.
The symposium organiser will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy on your behalf.
The submission of papers is NOT linked to the conference registration. The speakers are encouraged to register as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fee. The early registration dead-line is 20th March 2015.
